| Quality program
A Virtual Organization is defined as a group of individuals united for a particular purpose.
Our purpose is to provide our customers with a high quality, cost effective solution employing the latest in technology and human performance techniques, methods, and
models. The advanced technology the Internet and other telecommunications networks brings, allows people to work jointly on projects with other team members in different lands or across town.
Sounds great! The trick is to make this
work. Data gets lost and systems crash. And it always seems to happen in the middle of the night before a project is due. This is hard on everyone.
Our goal is first to avoid struggling through the end of a project in order to make a deadline. Ideally we'd like to be done ahead
of schedule so that we have time to review our work before we deliver it to the customer. As cycle and product development time gets shorter this becomes more difficult. We talk about this
at the beginning and end of every project. The opportunity to discuss the lessons we've learned enables us to continuously improve our own performance. We encourage our
customers to participate in this process. If you do, you will experience the benefits of understanding how we work together and how important quality is to the entire team.
The people and services represented by the talented group described in this proposal
include experience using Macintosh, Windows, UNIX and a wide variety of software programs. Cross-platform communication is an area we are focused on. We anticipate the
need to accommodate most hardware and software platforms. We are prepared to deliver products in many different platforms and file formats — using a wide variety of delivery mechanisms.

Each individual's effort is represented in the final product. It is our intention to be
transparent to the customer's distribution channel and ultimately the product end-user. The name DeLuca design (or team member when appropriate) appears only on internal
review materials and memorandum and when it is critical for the flow of information on a project.
We assume that the program as completed is the property of customer, with the
exception of training models and activities that are generic and used to supplement customer specific material. These remain the property of DeLuca design or the company of origin.
