training design and human performance improvement
DeLuca design represents the talents and skills of a variety of individuals, groups and/or companies. Our philosophy is that each client
and every project is entitled to those people best suited for the job. As a result, we work with a talented pool of instructional designers, writers, language experts, trainers, artists, and
production specialists on a contract basis, depending on the scope and needs of a project. This can include: market research, instructional design, technical writing, script and editorial
writing, art and illustration, computer or digital expertise, photography, print, video, training design, CD-ROM or Web Based Training production.
Crossing the bridge between technical and selling skills is challenging. Implementation from a global organization to international regions
complicates this for both corporate managers and field personnel.
As corporate America undergoes the transition from separate technical and sales training
to an approach that combines these skills, employees will be in a better position to react quickly to change. An overarching strategy for training worldwide, or a process is
necessary so that the regions "but into" a global approach to training and support what's happening and why.
In organizations that provide global training support, understanding the needs and
capabilities of your customers is critical. Oftentimes this is not an activity that can or should be undertaken by busy professional or marketing managers. DeLuca design is in a
position to help manage and articulate the integration of regional and corporate data, as well as making train-the-trainer tools easier for the region to manage.
