You know your industry and your end users. We know training. One of the wonderful things about the training business is that we spend our time learning. We actively listen and then use a variety of tools to check our understanding. We test what we think we know. It doesn't have to be complicated or expensive even if the process or skills are intricate and complex.

We define the project first and start with the basics. There are six basic steps.

1. Analyze what’s needed;
2. Identify and settle on a design that includes purpose and outcome statements as well as learning objectives. Agreement on each program deliverable is part of our process. It minimizes scope creep, helps to control the process and eliminates surprises. Once your stakeholders have agreed to content we begin the development process.
3. Some of our clients require development in proprietary LMS or CLMS systems. Others leverage commonly used tools or web interfaces. There are many ways to deliver it. We keep up with new technology and apply it where it fits best. For example, DeLuca design has sponsored and successfully nurtured two certified Outstart, Force Ten developers on behalf of one of our customers.
4. Once the initial development is complete deliverables are reviewed, refined and tested. Testing is an important part of ensuring that we’ve created something that will work. And it helps ensure that the content and skills achieve the desired results.
5. Testing complete, we follow the process through implementation,
6. And finally evaluation of the actual outcomes. If we can get it, we want feedback.
