Training effectiveness is often determined by how it is implemented.

Evergreen learning: For most of our clients, product or software releases are ongoing. Sales, implementation, delivery and operations teams must be up to date as to what’s new or changed. We believe that this is true for all learning. Learning and training are a continuum. The key is making sure that as partners, how we implement reflects this reality.

Alternatives can be important. It may be using sound tracks from the core program and leveraging these as podcasts or downloads as job aids or for support resources in answering FAQs. Video or still software captures can be used as job-aides as well or for electronic delivery via PDF. Independent or self-paced training artifacts may be needed – we know and appreciate this dilemma and have developed instructional approaches that support and foster learning in these environments.
