Sometimes the problem is not training. And when that’s the case, we don’t recommend spending time and resources on it. We offer our clients the opportunity to first look at the problem and figure out what’s happening. We want the solution to fit the learning problem. We strongly recommend taking a few minutes to analyze your training goals.

This can take many forms; in person, conference call, web-based collaborative meetings or email exchange. What’s important is what works for you. We think it’s an excellent way to build relationships and ensure that you and your organization get what works.

More often than not, you’ll have not only the opportunity to learn about us you will get a snapshot or a in-depth look at what’s happening inside your organization – no matter the size.

Unlike some of our other services and solutions, consulting is usually based on an hourly or day rate.
