Our work for Volvo Cars of North America was in partnership with another training company – Innovative Training Strategies. This is a type of relationship we encourage. It allows us an opportunity to stay in touch with our colleagues as well as the latest in performance trends and technology. Our work included both sales and technical audiences – focused on the annual delivery of new car promotions.

VCNA Volvo University Launch
This full scale multi-media program, launched Volvo University, for which DeLuca won a coveted Volvo Bravo Award. It was a presented to the entire Volvo Dealer body, six times over the course of one day by a professional facilitator and Volvo's General Counsel.

Volvo Accelerated Sales Training (VAST)
Volvo's sales training program included six modules of study, including: Value-Related Selling, Customer Contact Strategies, Collaborative Negotiating Strategies, Customer Buying Styles, Leasing, Fundamentals (self study)/ The Leasing Option, Competitive Selling Strategies
These are one-day instructor led classroom programs.
