A Virtual Organization

We interact with our clients via phone, email, FTP and sometimes even snail mail. Our website and server is enabled to handle file transfers of all sizes while protecting the security and confidentiality of our customers.

As a Virtual Organization, the size and location of our project or program staff expands and contracts to cater to the needs of the client. At any given time DeLuca Training has a core group that is primarily responsible for overall project flow and management. We meet virtually and develop seamlessly. We are all familiar with the standard Microsoft Office programs as well as Microsoft Project, Excel spreadsheet based project tracking and the basics of using a Lean Six Sigma toolset as part of project analysis and management. Every person, regardless of role, responsibility or competency is required to be technically capable and stay current with industry trends for instruction and delivery methods. We offer technical support for our clients as necessary.
