We assume that the completed program is the property of the customer, with the exception of training models and activities that are generic and were used to supplement customer specific material. These training models remain the property of DeLuca Training or the company of origin.

Each individual team member’s effort is represented in our final product, but it is our intention to be transparent to both the customer's distribution channel and the product end-user. The name DeLuca Training (or team member when appropriate) appears on internal review materials and memorandum only when it is critical to the flow of information on a project.
