About Pat DeLuca

Pat DeLuca has owned and operated DeLuca Training, a full service training communications group, since 1989. Her background includes graphic design, art direction, marketing, technical writing, project management, curriculum design and development. She is Criterion Referenced Instruction (CRI) Certified and is a certified teacher with a background in educational psychology and adult learning theory.

She has over twenty years of experience in researching, creating, and designing training and business collateral materials. For the last five years, she has focused on the design and development of human performance programs. This includes both communication and selling skills, as well as technical product training in healthcare, eye care, automotive, and photographic document management industries.

In addition, DeLuca and many of her colleagues come from imaging and print production backgrounds. Her focus on production and graphic design helps to ensure that all of our staff understand the production process – regardless of whether it’s print or digital. As a company it is critical that we understand the relationship between costs and planning.
